Position Summary

Key enterprise position leading operations wide continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence performance across business units/areas. Position is in the unique position to engage across all operating areas and organizational levels. Responsible to analyze, define, recommend and implement technical and process solutions. Responsible to provide process and technology guidance and oversite of on-going process performance as well as enhancements which adhere to operational strategies and compliance requirements. Monitor process performance and support efforts to investigate process performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Process and Technology Integration & Improvement: Translates business needs into process and technical requirements as they relate to the enterprise vision. Utilize Agile mythologies to support delivery of innovative solutions, conducts and leads requirements identification, testing, testing coordination/defect resolution/troubleshooting, training, education, and change management for process and application updates or enhancements. Acts as a key liaison between business units, Business Systems, Process Automation, Finance, Supply Chain and Compliance identifying and driving process improvements which improve the employee experience, reduce costs, and manage risk.
  • Enterprise Process Management and Design: Routinely analyzes and measures process effectiveness, efficiency, and adherence across business units within an assigned process and technology areas. Identifies non-desired process paths, assesses business impact, and recommends improvements to increase efficiency, improve end user experience and reduce risk. Assembles and leads teams to investigate the root cause of behavior and process performance gaps. Designs, consolidates, and implements action plans.
  • Maintains and applies current knowledge of functional, technical and industry trends. Continually monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Four years related business area/industry experience or SAP/equivalent ERP/core enterprise systems use and implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of leading business process solutions through technology enablement for business area.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to a variety of audiences and analyze complex business scenarios.
  • Leadership, change management and program/project management experience.
  • Experience integrating new technological and process solutions.
  • Proven success gaining cross-functional consensus on large strategic and portfolio management initiatives.

Preferred Requirements

  • PowerBI and Business Objects or other reporting tools.
  • Procedure and job aid creation and maintenance experience.
  • Understanding of financial and managerial reporting needs.
  • Skilled in data analysis and visualization.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $77,000 to $109,666 per year
