We're looking for a dynamic coordinator to support Idaho National Laboratory's (INL) Career Resource Connection (Career ReCon) program. The Career ReCon program is a new program that was crafted to connect current/future INL employee spouses & partners with possible career opportunities at INL or within the surrounding areas. You will be responsible for providing a highly professional customer focused experience.
We are disrupting the nuclear industry with a one of a kind employment experience for all involved, all while we embrace the new normal and the window of opportunity as we usher in the next generation of nuclear.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Full programmatic support, including: intake sessions with potential participants, resume review and guidance, promotion and advocacy of participants to INL and the community, and programmatic design when needed.
  • Serve as the liaison between the companies and the participants by handling phone calls, questions and other details.
  • Conduct phone screens as needed, and provide both hiring manger(s) and participants with updates in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Team as needed.
  • Stays abreast and current on the latest industry trends to continuously evolve the participant pipeline and service levels.


  • Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects and customer and client relationships.
  • A teammate that embraces inclusion and understands how to be a successful highly productive recruiting coordinator while still maintaining a strong work/life balance.
