Idaho National Laboratory's (INL) Office of Risk, Assurance and Compliance is seeking forward-thinking professionals interested in exploring a career as an Audit and Ethics Division Director and Chief Audit Executive.
Our team works a 9x80 schedule located at our Idaho Falls EROB facility with every other Friday off!
Responsibilities Include:
  • Serves as the Chief Audit Executive and Director for Audit and Ethics.
  • Provides oversight and direction to internal audit and subcontract audit staff.
  • Ensures compliance with Institute of Internal Auditor's International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and BEA's contract with Department of Energy.
  • Primary audit liaison for internal and external government auditing, such as GAO and DOE Inspector General.
  • Coordinates and implement programs to promote and communicate corporate ethics to INL workforce, including INL Standards of Conduct and the Fraud Prevention Program.
  • Leads all aspects of and direct both the organizational and personal conflicts programs at INL
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other related subject area with at least 15 years of relevant management and audit experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Advanced certification such as CPA or CIA designation
  • History of progressive management experience including demonstrated potential to act in a senior management capacity.
  • Ability to make sound, business-oriented judgments.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with ability to interface and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "Q" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
