U.S. facilities in industry sectors like manufacturing, mining, power generation and chemical manufacturing must report annually to the EPA information about chemicals they are releasing into the environment and/or managing through recycling, energy recovery and treatment. Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) tracks the management of certain toxic chemicals that may pose a threat to human health and the environment.

Because it can be challenging to know which report to file and which information must be collected, this free webinar explains when Tier II and TRI reporting is required, which data to collect, and how to report effectively.

Attendees will walk away with:

  • An understanding of Tier II and TRI reporting requirements and thresholds
  • A primer for identifying the required data to collect
  • A list of common mistakes and tips to avoid them
