Power in Brazil: price hike?

Power in Brazil: price hike?
A scenario that deserves to be considered: an important increase in power prices in this year of 2021.
The low volume of water in the hydroelectric reservoirs, which represent the most important source of our energy matrix, is the central premise of this scenario. And, as a result, the need to dispatch more thermal plants that are way more expensive.
I do not intend to discuss the likelihood of this scenario, but share my suggestion that it be included in the your company's business plans.
* What are the alternatives to mitigate this risk?
* How to contract them?
* Who should lead these studies?
As the popular saying goes: "better safe than sorry". If you would like to consider this scenario do not hesitate to get in touch. You will be surprised at the possibilities!
