In emerging from its Chapter 11 reorganization, PG&E said that it had obtained all financing necessary for its ongoing operations. It also funded a Fire Victim Trust with $5.4 Billion in cash and common stock representing a greater than 22% ownership in PG&E Corp. The company also seated a new Board of Directors.
