The next meeting is scheduled for November 15, from 1:00 - 3:00 Central Time. Here is the announcement from NAESB about this meeting:
Dear NAESB WEQ BPS and Cybersecurity Subcommittee, RMQ BPS Participants, and other Interested Parties,
As previously discussed, the WEQ BPS and Cybersecurity Subcommittee and RMQ BPS will hold a joint meeting on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Central to continue to address 2023 WEQ Annual Plan Item 3.d and 2023 RMQ Annual Plan Item 4.a – Review cybersecurity protections, such as Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), that may be necessary to secure electronic communications for distributed energy resources (DERs), and develop business practices as needed. During the meeting, participants will work to create use cases regarding DER-related communications and interactions to identify where cybersecurity protections may be needed. The chairs of the subcommittees have requested participants submit any work papers or sample use cases that may be helpful for discussion.
As with all NAESB meetings, this meeting is open to any interested party regardless of membership status within NAESB. For NAESB members, please register through the hyperlink found below. Instructions for participation will be provided to you in a separate emailed confirmation notice after you register.
