How to face the Brazilian energy crisis?

The upcoming and announced energy crisis requires a strategy to minimize its impacts on the operations of companies and institutions.

I propose a simple, easy and even quick-to-implement initiative, based on my experience in consulting for over 35 years!

A visit to operations followed by a meeting to align perceptions, expectations and, above all, solutions to reduce electricity consumption in order to meet the "official call" that is likely to arise.

The result of this visit + meeting will be the creation of a list of actions to "make it happen".

Good news: a lot of these actions can produce permanent results!
