How are Brazilian power prices?

Quality answers can be given by comparing the cost we pay vis-à-vis our "competitors", namely the ones denominated by BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa).

1. Brazilian energy users pay the most expensive cost in USD/MWh
2. With the ongoing additional "red flags cost" even more expensive
3. With a rationing/blackout scenario it is even worse because it is about the cost of not having power .

We urgently need to create a strategic plan to turn around this awful situation and reach a competitive level.

Or what's the alternative?
