The EU Electricity Sector clearly knows how to use teamwork to get things done. This is a good model for the US to follow, if we can stop creating silos and replace "Frat House" Leadership with "Club House" Leadership that encourages and fosters loyal teamwork, honor and mutual respect, like the knights of the round-table.
