Energy (Brazil): new leadership roles

Up to the recent past, companies and institutions' good leadership was characterized by being attentive to the Government offers, capture them and achieve great results.

Currently, there is an important change to consider: a list of market driven alternatives that mix technical, financial and management opportunities and that include the contracting of energy sources and their efficient use.

What was once a challenge for an engineer usually close to operations, is now a complex puzzle that is on the table of an upper manager.

The good news is that solutions can be modeled according to taste, appetite for risk and competitive demands that each consumer sets up.

A whole new world is there to be discovered and explored.
