Electric vehicles in Brazil: when and how?

On TV we see electric cars that are beginning to be presented in Brazil. Silent, powerful, beautiful!

Little or nothing is said about the infrastructure related investments, necessary for these vehicles to gain scale.

A charger costs about USD 1 thousand.

A list of countries around the globe, concerned about emissions, plan to replace the current and polluting fleet with EVs.

In Brazil, infrastructure investments are likely to reach hundreds of billions of USD to include the chargers and the expansion of power supply side.

This investment spree requires planning, regulatory safety, and a robust model. Or does anyone think that this will happen automatically?
