He provides guidance to organizations for leveraging the capabilities of their system for solid business value. He is sought for his skills in leading business transformational change in process and technical architecture. Richard often participates in conference panels, keynote client presentations and conducting Life Cycle workshops to various industries including: Transmission and Distribution, Oil and Gas and Utilities.

As a strong client advocate Dianne has collaborated with regional, national and global utility companies across the energy value chain to align software and services solutions with utility company asset management strategies and best practices. In her prior role as the Worldwide Utilities Industry Leader for IBM Maximo Dianne worked closely with key clients and development partners to align Maximo processes and product direction with the business requirements of power generation, electric and gas transmission and distribution providers, as well as with organizations delivering water and wastewater services. The dynamic and changing nature of the electric grid has led Dianne to expand her focus into the GIS and remote sensing space where her understanding of the importance of robust systems and processes continues to deliver for clients of Cohesive Solutions.
