TUCO to China Draw sounds like somewhere Lowell George said he'd been in the Little Feat song "Willin'," but it's actually the name of a transmission project that Xcel just completed. The project is part of Xcel's Power for the Plains transmission expansion initiative, which will enable the company to bring more wind power into its system, thereby putting it on track to meet its goal of reducing its carbon emissions 80 percent by 2030.
