Eversource/Orsted hired Kiewit Offshore to build the first US offshore substation to serve load by Spring 2023.
A 3.5 mile submarine cable and 4.1 mile underground 138kV transmission line will bring the output of 15 massive wind turbines to loads on Long Island. https://lnkd.in/gJDf43Wd
