Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has a new Office of Public Participation.

They were established to "empower, promote, and support public voices at" FERC.

This new Office has a WorkshOPP coming up on "August 30, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Eastern time, to discuss how members of the public including consumers and consumer advocates can file comments on the record using FERC’s eFiling and eComment online applications. The workshop will be held remotely"

My hope is more stakeholders participate in providing comments at FERC.

This is a great move. Encouraging participation from all stakeholders, viewpoints, and affected industries is the only way to ensure optimal outcomes are reached.

I think FERC needs to define it's policies much better. Solar PV should be full Clean Energy power credits all year long.
