Although the "article" is really just a disguised press release, the points made seem legitimate. Projects like this are crucial to maintaining power reliability. I do wonder, however, how residents feel about have giant metal rods sticking out of their pretty bay. I wouldn't be thrilled.

These towers replaced lattice towers and run parallel to a Garden State Parkway bridge so the view wasn't exactly pristine before they were built.
