Is your power trader special?
Is your power trader special?
In Brazil, unlike an extensive list of countries, electricity contracts are not standardized.
Therefore it is not a commodity contract in which terms and conditions are standardized.
What I noticed, since the beginning of the free market in Brazil, is that, in practice, most buyers treat this contract as if it were a commodity.
It is precisely in this divergence that I see an opportunity to:
1) Search contractual wording that includes conditions that interest the buyer.
2) Capture, throughout the contract, opportunities that arise as the market evolves.
Is your power trader proactively helping you with these two issues?
