VUCA in the Brazilian power sector

VUCA is an increasingly frequent approach in the corporate world, when it is about tackling important and thorny issues!

Energy fits this definition, and actually very well!

VOLATILITY is a characteristic of energy prices. Requires VISION to treat it!

UNCERTAINTY is an attribute of the delicate balance between supply and demand. It requires UNDERSTANDING to mitigate it.

COMPLEXITY is a sign perceived by those who can visualize the size of the challenge. It suggests  CLARITY to find out what it is about.

AMBIGUITY is a feature of the Brazilian national energy policy. It imposes AGILITY in decision-making processes from the industrial, commercial and institutional energy users prospective.

Recognizing the value of VUCA is the first step towards a new stage in your personal and organizational development!
