Very sad to report the passing of former MA DPU Commissioner Bob Keating

Bob was a pleasure to work with in GISB/NAESB over the years. We first met in 1996 and I had many opportunities to work with Bob on standards. Bob was a Statesman, Diplomat and an all out wonderful Gentleman and valued colleague. 

RIP Bob, your memory lives on in all of us NAESB/GISB participants that worked with you. Thanks for all of your contributions and friendly, welcoming demeanor.
