This post talks about grid stability and how EVs can help in getting that stability. It also talks about the V2G technology where they have a new model which suggests different ways of selling the surplus energy. So basically now we can think EVs as batteries on wheels.

It's really an exciting time with the EV loads coming on-- whereas just a few years ago we were looking at EVs as nothing but a challenge (the largest load increase since AC became widespread), now innovative thinking is turning that into an asset and an opportunity. This flipping of the script is giving me hope for the future

Yes given the right tariff the power of millions of electric vehicles from cars to busses can make a big difference. QUOTE= V2G technology where they have a new model which suggests different ways of selling the surplus energy. So basically now we can think EVs as batteries on wheels.
