Energy: evolve or change paradigm?

One aspect that always intrigues me is about the decision-making processes of the clients for whom I consult.

Simply put, there are two extremes!

Those who want to achieve results where the benchmark is always the "highest bar on the market". And, at the other end of the scale, those who are satisfied with marginal improvements.

Each client has its own history and profile, which, of course, must be respected!

What I've observed in decades of consulting is that there's an underlying choice involved.

Getting closer to the comfort zone or embarking on the challenges that come with the awareness of the existence of an "unknown world" to be explored.

It's fascinating to observe what motivates those who need to make decisions! And it's key to aligning realistic perceptions and expectations.

In my opinion, this assessment explains, to a large extent, the enormous distance that separates the best results from the average ones.
