This is the first PPA I've seen for nuclear power on an hourly basis. This is very easily supported within AOCE, in the current design, including the allocation of REC's.
AOCE was presented to PJM on June 1, 2023. This was the first public presentation of the AOCE capacity market design concept, since it's official announcement in January, 2019.
