Now that the Infrastructure Bill is law we should expect money to start flowing into all of the various initiatives that are funded. One area that has received substantial funding is cybersecurity at the State and Local Community levels. Some community leaders are beginning to talk about the sort of cybersecurity programs they would like to implement within their regions, but many do not know where to start formulating their cybersecurity plan, which they will seek funding. This new resource from CISA provides guidance at the community level to help community leaders think about the areas where a cybersecurity solution will provide the most benefit, i.e. critical infrastructure. CISA's new Infrastructure Dependency Primer offers some valuable insights that will help community leaders understand where cybersecurity may provide the most benefit within their local infrastructure.
