What does Biden's election show?

Fierce debates and polarization both in the United States and here in Brazil, are the "new normal".

The campaigns focused on the candidates' personal characteristics. In their determination, in their verbal intensity, in their posture towards the media.

With Biden elected, a "novelty" emerged. American TV channels and major newspapers point - regardless of their preferences for this or that candidate - to a prevalent trend: negotiation in the House and Senate to create an agenda that suits the country.

It is this agenda that will define what can - realistically - be achieved. No one, however brilliant, can "make it happen" alone.

Differences in analysis are part of a healthy environment. The country's progress stems from a collective effort around a search for solutions in this magical world of conflicts.

A "new normal" is about to begin!
