Energy: What's the Brazilian strategy?

When I ask executives who lead companies and institutions located in our country, regarding the title of this post, the answer always comes in a disturbing and disappointed tone: "there is none"!

For those who are aware of what happens in a list of countries - whether developed or emerging well structured in the energy arena - there is a clear signaling of strategies.

They seek to achieve and maintain competitiveness. They create tested programs around the world that place them at the top of the market and not at the bottom (as is the case in Brazil compared to the BRICS).

Here there is no official timetable published with activities, deadlines and responsible persons involving the regulator, the ministries, the system operator, the power clearinghouse, the justice and the legislators, which provides transparency and tranquility for those who participate in the market.

We are subject to a minority - the official "nomenklatura" - in which the market is the big loser.
