My structured summary of SPGlobal's article on why certified gas is becoming a driving force for investments, M&A, and development in East Texas. Certainly a trend to keep track of as LNG exports and new gas pipelines develop in the region because it can potentially offer a meaningful differentiation for imposing price premiums on cleaner, natural gas.

How are these players managing the uncertainty that comes from the Ukraine / Russia situation and how that's impacting all sorts of supply/demand? Is that sort of unexpected event already baked into their analysis or is this uncovering new possibilities that will be accounted for moving forward?
