How are Utilities managing all transmission rating information (Data management for FERC 881 calculations) and what process are they using to create master data, to have the data consistently all over the systems?
As a starting point the utilities should have a CIM based grid data model in which the ratings can be included as well as for calculating the ratings and which will allow exchange of that information in standards based way for external entities such as ISOs.
