TIK TOK TIMES UP?

Good Morning HR Community,
I have seen a TIK TOK article in several news feeds on how TIK TOK was utilized by a candidate who created a video resume. TIC TOK hired the candidate due to the creativity that was expressed. Way to think outside the box!!!
That got me thinking... In our industry of Power Generation/PetroChem/Oil&Gas do I want an Engineer presenting a video resume on TIC TOK and why they are the perfect candidate? or am I just old fashioned and still prefer a pdf?
What method of resume review do you prefer?
