Energy: what's "after"?
Energy: what's "after"?
Our (Brazilian) cultural profile tends - and very strongly - towards postponing initiatives or even procrastinating them..
Who hasn't heard something like "I have too much food on my plate"?
We certainly cannot do everything at the same time. But, yes, we can plan. Include interesting and convenient initiatives in a timeline.
This way we keep our creativity "on the list". Otherwise, with so many happenings in everyday life, it is more likely that we will lose - in the rush - the ideas we had.
When we announce "later" we are - in effect - burying something potentially valuable.
A new look at this challenge will bring an interesting opportunity for your company/institution to benefit from your initiatives as well as your own professional development.
