Energy: amazing leaders
Energy: amazing leaders
Objectively, what counts for the corporate world is results!
Some characteristics of the leaders of companies and institutions with whom I worked - in the energy area - are common among those who have achieved and maintained spectacular results.
1. Learning posture
They are interested in knowing very well about the main aspects at stake.
2. Prefer structured solutions
Those that bring together technical solutions, financial solutions, management solutions and legal solutions. This is in contrast to the Brazilian tradition of buying assets and solving everything else "inside the house".
3. Commit from start to finish
They proactively participate in the decision-making process around the choice of solutions that are of interest and convenience and, subsequently, and permanently ensure the timetable to make them happen.
4. Work with consultants
In order to have access to knowledge that, as a rule, does not exist internally with the necessary depth, as energy is not their "core business".
