Koleya Karringten started her career at only 21 years old as an expecting mother. She is now speaking with other young women to share her story and encourage them to consider the tech industry as a career. Koleya is the CEO of Absolute Combustion who supplies combustion burners across heavy industry including mining, energy, construction, transportation, and aviation. In this clip from her interview on Crownsmen Energy she discusses the response she gets from young women, who in many cases are unaware of the opportunities for women in tech. She explains how much inspiration she gets in return for sharing her knowledge and experiences with the next generation of leaders.
