Still recovering from Hurricane Ida, New Orleans’ City Council hopes to get federal funding for upgrades and projects.  However, Entergy says the plans to strengthen the grid will take longer than originally expected.  July 1 is the current deadline for the utility to provide details on projects presented.  Some members of the Council are not happy about the delay.
