It's good to be involved with the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation, UNIDO. Falling costs for hydrogen produced with renewable energy, coupled with the urgency of cutting greenhouse-gas emissions, has given hydrogen unprecedented political and business momentum. Hydrogen has the potential to revolutionize the current energy system towards a cleaner, secure and sustainable pathway given its versatile characteristics from production through to utilisation.

The key will seeing how this momentum translates to action-- having the involvement of an organization like UNIDO will no doubt add more legitimacy to the efforts and bring along other new buyers-in.

Indeed Matt. We can expect much more going forward.  I was struck by both the global nature of the engagement and also the active participation of the 'hard to reach' sectors, looking  for their own route to net zero
