The U.S. Patent Office has awarded me a patent for a cost-effective retrofit to steam turbine power plants that will reduce their fuel consumption and emissions by more than 10% while preserving their electricity output (Heat Rate reduction of more than 10%).  The annual savings in fuel cost and carbon credits will yield a payback on the retrofit in the range of 2 years.  If implemented widely this invention could reduce fossil fuel consumption in the U.S. by more than one quadrillion BTUs (one quad) per year.

I am seeking a partner who has access to a steam turbine power plant to install a demonstration project.  Because of the large decarbonization implications of this technology, funding for a demonstration/pilot should be available if an experienced operator with a credible site and equipment participates in the proposal.  The retrofit can be installed in such a way that it can be removed after the pilot project is completed and tested, leaving the facility in its original state.
