The offshore wind sector is a remarkable success story.  The UK has a 40 GW by 2030 aspiration and here the French increase theirs from 5GW to 8GW

“To keep to this schedule, when restarting, it will be necessary to speed up the administrative procedures allowing the commissioning of projects already in development and the planning of tenders in order to compensate for the delays due to the crisis.”

Great to see the progress, but I hope the need for speed once the red tape is off doesn't come with shortchanging the necessary environmental and other reviews
