GERD in Ethiopia,  is under construction without necessary Environment Impact Assessment . Safety of the dam is under question due to its site in an area characterized by high seismic activities . Upon filling with 74 billion cubic meters, dangerous is existing, and Sudan will be flooded with 40 meter level. Although UNSC held two successive meetings in 2020 and 2021 , it fails to put an end for this catastrophic event. It is a political issue , but human being concern has been raised with Europe flood in this week.
