A small first step towards integrating a very responsive load into an ISO.   This first project is very small but the potential is there for much larger loads.  The response time for this service is seconds so need very quick load response on the demand side.  Unlike most data centers, the cypto miners are completely focused on cost of power, not reliability so they are willing to shed load rapidly as needed when they can be paid for that service.
