Electric stove
One opportunity for Brazil to reduce its emissions "footprint" is to replace the traditional gas stove with an electric one.
This electric stove can be powered by our electric supply chain (generation, transmission and distribution).
Our matrix is predominantly renewable (water, sun, wind) and if its off-peak use is encouraged, the advantages multiply!
There would be no need to pay for the ongoing LPG subsidies, which are built into the 13 kg plugs. Better for the country's budget to avoid subsidies
In the United States there is an initiative in this direction. How about we explore this possibility here in Brazil?
