Will load management through time-of-use (TOU) adoption and peak load optimization help utilities?  Is the TOU approach a short term solution?  Soon California will have new load management standards that will give consumers more timely and accurate information on electricity costs.  What can the industry learn about automated load management from the ‘Eureka’ state?
