On the institutional sites of energy companies, especially those that distribute energy, the "corporate governance" is impressive.

Unconditional respect for minorities, practices associated with good principles, care for all stakeholders is declared as well as for the environment. Ah, of course, statement of the "ultimate" importance of customers.

A wonder...until you have a problem! There begins a "relationship" based on robot-controlled calls. You can't deal with the matter with humans.

You "receive" a protocol. The greater chances are that the matter will not be resolved. When following up the original call you will receive another protocol. Protocols that are more than a day old are often summarily deleted. They have "expired" for the system.

Among my acquaintances in the energy area, it is said, in a mocking tone, that every 10 protocols you will gain access to a password. Each password allows you to "score" and become eligible for a "voucher".

And the "voucher" entitles you to access a telephone number that has an attendant assistant who registers your complaint with a special reinforcement so that the attendant on duty "handles" your case very sparingly.
