According to ACEEE’s analysis, which states have the most to gain from updating building energy codes? Anywhere there is a construction boom, ambitious greenhouse gas reduction goals and great potential for energy-savings. By setting higher standards, states can lower energy consumption and CO2 emissions. Will these three states get on board?
