According to the DOE, every dollar invested by the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) generates $4.50 in combined energy savings.  Rhode Island will use funding to improve the energy efficiency of low-income and older R.I. residents.  How is your area using federal funding to provide energy efficiency for all?
