New opportunities for power discos (Brazil)

New opportunities for power discos (Brazil)

For decades, the power distribution companies (discos) aimed its cannons at the regulator, who sets the tariffs and therefore a good part of their business success.

The customer has always been left behind, even if the websites and corporate boards in the headquarter buildings present very beautiful phrases praising the customer and stakeholders.

Even the official programs, regulated by ANEEL, that the concessionaires make available to selected consumers, based on subsidies, are primarily solutions that are not born from the existing challenges perceived by customers. They are brought "from outside" and pushed down their throats!

There is a new opportunity that can bring win-win results - reversing the game. Discos looking to actually know the customers, their needs, their constraints and their decision making processes and then (and only then) create solutions.

A new world to be discovered!
