Energy | Brazil: the big turnaround

Energy | Brazil: the big turnaround

Monitoring and controlling energy consumption (power, gas, biomass, etc.) has become very cheap from the perspective of systems and equipment. A small fraction of the costs until just a few years ago.

The challenge is centered on few relevant issues:

1) Which metrics are of interest to analyze consumption and its associated costs?
2) What actions should be taken to improve these metrics?
3) How to encourage the team that is on the operations floor to "make it happen"?
4) When to evaluate results and make adjustments, always needed?

It is about "intelligence" that should be present in the daily lives of companies and institutions.

The good news is that, with it, you can prepare more interesting strategies, and most importantly achieve and maintain competitive costs.

The field is wide open! Few - however - are those who answer the 4 basic questions with excellence. There is an opportunity to call a coach and go for it quickly!
