This is a summary of the proceedings to date, as of 12/30/2019, in Docket 19-3658 to petition for review of the Department of Energy (DOE) final ruling published in the Federal Register: https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2019/09/05/2019-18940/energy-conservation-program-definition-for-general-service-lamps/. The ruling pertains to regulatory requirements of the Energy Independence and Security Act (EISA) of 2007.
