Change comes after an election. The Biden administration took its first steps to altering the previous administration’s energy efficiency policies. They are revamping the process rule, which is the set of steps that efficiency proposals go through before they are applied. Two areas being tweaked are the setting of savings thresholds as well as expanding the requirements categories. What do you think of the direction that the Biden administration is moving?
