Three Ghosts of Christmas All In One Package: Log4j

On this one year anniversary of the Capital Insurrection I find myself reading a Masters Thesis written in June 1999 by Rhode Island Congressman Jim Langevin titled "Responding to the threat of Cyberterrorism through Information Assurance". This thesis is just as pertinent today as it was back in 1999. Truly prophetic. It's as if he wrote this with Log4j in mind.
