In my opinion, Powin is the most innovative  Battery Storage provider for Bulk Electric Storage (Battery) systems in this list.

What makes Powin stand out to you, Dick?

Thanks for asking, Matt. I find Powin to be more nimble/adaptable than the bigger names in the industry. For example, in this article you'll see that Powin was already aware of the issues that caused the Arizona battery meltdown, before the final report came out and had taken steps to address the problems starting a year before the final report was issued. This is the kind of nimble, innovative approach that separates Powin from all the other grid scale battery makers. They are proactive and innovative, IMO.

Great to see proactivity-- in an industry that has a lot of innovation taking place, it takes a lot to stand out from the crowd!

They are a small company with superior technical talent. I suspect that Tesla is watching them closely.
