Successful innovation!
Discovering and capturing opportunities to reduce energy costs has traditionally been a long process. The pandemic brought new demands. I saw two paths being followed.
Companies and institutions that decided to shelve projects because their main dedication was (and still is) focused on their survival.
There are those who have challenged themselves. How to seek solutions that make sense given the new conditions that demand faster results with lower investments.
I proposed and a new model was accepted, all virtual.
1) Chat with the upper managers
To feel their perceptions and motivations regarding energy.
2) Analysis of information
* Energy bills (electricity, gas, biomass, etc.)
* Main uses of energy
3) Identification of opportunities
* Focusing on low-cost-or-no-cost ones
* That are relatively easy to deploy and control
4) Timeline
* Activities, deadlines and who is in charge of what
If you would like to try this conduct, get in touch. You will be surprised by the results and the low costs of the associated consultancy.
